Commenting on reports that a second foreign criminal has been mistakenly released from prison, South Wales Central Conservative MS Andrew RT Davies has said the “dangerous incident proves the government has lost control”.
An Algerian prisoner was released from HMP Wandsworth on 29th October, after the high profile error involving migrant sex offender Hadush Kebatu.
It follows yesterday’s report that confirmed 50 opportunities were missed by Plaid Cymru led Gwynedd Council to stop abuse carried out by Paedophile headteacher Neil Foden.
Mr Davies said:
“It is inexcusable that a second foreign prisoner has been mistakenly released from prison – after the high profile error that freed migrant sex offender Hadush Kebatu.
“This news follows yesterday’s shocking report into the paedophile headteacher Neil Foden – whose crimes continued after Plaid Cymru led Gwynedd Council missed over 50 opportunities to stop them.
“Serious errors by Plaid Cymru separatists and Labour are putting our safety at risk.”
